Destination: Jarreau's Restaurant - New Roads

Comments: This morning Antoine, Tim, and Brandon headed out to New Roads to try a place we hadn’t been to before, Jarreau’s. We didn’t take a meandering route as we expected rain at some point in the day. We arrived in New Roads a little earlier than expected, but were let in early by staff thankfully as a table of 20 came in right after us. The food was quick and delicious. We were back on the road with a high of 91 and no rain in sight… until we got back to Labadieville around 1:00. I caught a small shower but it appeared it was the end of a harder rain.

Destination: None

Comments: After fixing the starting problem with his bike, Tommy and Antoine did a "test" ride. The route went from Labadieville on LA 308 to LA 70 to the river road by the Sunshine bridge. We then rode the river road to Vacherie and returned to Labadieville via LA 20, LA 304, and LA 308.
